You will receive 5 or 10 lbs of short ribs, perfect for your summer BBQ party.  Our short ribs are sourced from  100% grass fed and finished beef provided by B & B Farms,  a family farm in Alpena MI owned and operated by Ben Nowakowski and Brook Alloway. BBQ  boxes are delivered one time throughout our June to October season. We will provide you with a choice of pick-up dates to choose from closer to the season.
